International Mail Orders:
We do not send out mold kits international.
We recommend you send us your own mold. You can get a mold from your local dentist.
A payment will be required once we receive your mold Via PayPal. We'll send you an E-mail with a payment request. As soon as fulfill the request your order will be processed and shipped
US Mail Order:
To place an order by mail please download an order form below.
1. You must fill it completely; Circle type & color of gold, Style#, Your Name, Address, Telephone# & Email address.
2. We prefer that you send us your own mold if you have one, if not we'll send one to you.
3. The payment form must also be filled out and sent in with the order.
4. As soon as we recieved your payment, we will send your mold kit within 24-48 hours Via USPS Priority Mail.
Types of Payments:
A. Money order and credit cards will be processed immediately.
B. Any type of a Check will wait until the check clears (may take up to 10 Business days).
C. We also accept payments via PayPal (online or international orders only).
D. We don't accept International checks.
NOTE: NO CREDIT CARD OR CHECK PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED WITHOUT A COPY OF A STATE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUE PICTURE ID
